About the Foundation

Vision
As a member of Wise Regional Health System, the Wise
Regional Health Foundation will follow a vision to support health care
services in our area and improve the health of the communities
we serve.
Mission
The mission of the Wise Regional Health Foundation is
to work cooperatively with the communities we serve and Wise Regional
Health System in order to philanthropically support the hospital
in growth, development, improvement, and provision of high quality,
cost-effective, and convenient health care services, as well as
promote health education, prevention, and well being in the service
area.

History and Purpose
Wise Regional Health Foundation is a
509(a)(3) and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with
the purpose to organize and operate for the support and benefit
of Wise Regional Health System. The Foundation solicits, receives,
acknowledges, and disburses gifts for Wise Regional Health System.
These gifts are used in a variety of ways from facility renovation
to the purchase of medical equipment and technology and beyond.
